Do you accept custom design requests or group orders?
Yes, I do! Please submit your request using the contact form and I'll get back to you right away. Please note that some requests may require an additional design fee.
What is the return policy?
Because I run a (very) small business that does not carry inventory, all sales are final unless there is an obvious manufacturing defect.
When will I get my order?
Each product is made only after an order is placed, to reduce waste and help my small business manage inventory. Because of this, production and delivery times may vary.
And not to abdicate responsibility, but honestly the freaking tariffs are messing with the entire global supply chain and sometimes things go wrong that are outside of my control :(

Where are your products manufactured?
I partner with USA-based printers to fulfill all of my products. The "blanks" (items with no design) are sourced from reputable brands that typically manufacture in foreign countries. That being said, I only work with brands that have ethical labor practices, and when possible, source 100% USA-grown and ethically harvested fibers.
Why is shipping so expensive?
Because I'm a small business, I partner with trusted local suppliers to fulfill orders. Unfortunately, each supplier only manufactures specific items. If you're ordering multiple different products, they may have to be shipped from separate locations.
